For the price and the cause, this is a good sword. I named it Charity.
I wouldn’t use it to fight or cut with but it is more than a hanger. Good balance point as well. Hilt is long-sword length when counting the pommel. The forward core and wrappings on the hilt are rather rectangular though. Somewhat uncomfortable in the hand without gloves.
Sheath is well made and tightly grips the blade inside.
If you are looking for an authentic looking piece for a garb or for interactive display, this is an ideal blade. This is a good sword to practice form with as well.
