Cancelled Orders:
We can cancel orders, however, there are 10% processing fees involved to cover credit card processing fees and refund fees. We would refund the total amount of the order less 10% when paid by credit card.
Return Policy:
All returns should be requested within 5 days of delivery. We offer refunds or replacements on all of our products provided that the merchandise is returned in its original unused condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and clients who wish to return items for refund are responsible for any/all shipping fees associated with the return of items to Darksword Armory.
Custom orders can be cancelled up until we start working on the piece. Once work on a custom order is initiated, refunds are no longer possible. Custom orders are not returnable either, as they are based on customer specs and cannot be sold as regular stock item. Please note that this applies to orders with ANY form of customization, modification, dye coloring, or engraving, and also includes custom shield designs as well.
